New Fierce Comics Web Site Revealed

St. Petersburg, Monday, January 1st, 2007 11:00 am EST

Fierce Comics launched phase one of a completely new web site today.  The new site employs an entirely new look and feel for the company.  “Outside of the logo and sample art, we’ve worked with the Design Apothecary to completely rework the company’s web site,” said Ben Filipiak, founder of Fierce Comics.  Obvious changes to the site include the black background and green fonts, that were abundant in the previous incarnation, have been replaced with a white background, black font, and stylish gray edging.

The new look and feel is the first of several steps planned for the Fierce Comics web site over the next couple of months.  Future enhancements will increase the site’s functionality and enhance the visitor’s experience.  “Working together on this site redesign was a natural fit,” said Pat Batton, owner of the Design Apothecary and co-author of the Fierce Comics title, Redneck Red.  “We specialize in creative web designs and I think we’ve landed on a look and feel for Fierce Comics that truly represents the company’s personality.”  No date has been announced yet for the next step in the company’s web site upgrade.
