St. Petersburg, Tuesday, December 26th, 2006 11:00 am EST

Fierce Comics announced today that it has launched a new membership with ComicSpace, the online community dedicated to comic book fans and creators.  “ComicSpace is quite possibly the best internet development to happen to the comic book industry in a very long time,” said Ben Filipiak, founder of Fierce Comics. “Where else can you interact directly with thousands of comic book fans and creators who want to hear what you have to say?”

“The ability to interact with fast growing companies such as Fierce Comics is what draws so many fans to ComicSpace.  They get the opportunity to provide input and build relationships that could possibly yield life-long careers,” said Josh Roberts, founder of ComicSpace.  “We’re glad the industry has moved to embraced ComicSpace so quickly.” Fierce Comics will utilize ComicSpace to reach out to both new fans and potential contributors for future releases.
